Executive Team

Tommy Anderson

CEO and Founder
Tommy Anderson, CEO and Founder of APC/Horizon Environmental since 2003, has been involved in the environmental services industry for more than twenty years. During Mr. Anderson’s tenure in the industry he has been employed by some of the top environmental service firms and has gained an extensive background of varying environmental experience.  Since forming APC/Horizon, the company has been involved in a variety of projects throughout the United States that includes pipeline ruptures, well blow-outs, storage tank fractures and collapse, tanker roller overs and as well as a variety of industrial cleaning and transportation related services.   Tommy is an avid team roper in his off time and he resides in Hockley, Texas with his wife and four children.

Davian Ploger

President/COO

Davian is the former CEO/President of First Response Environmental Group, located in Tennessee, as well as the CEO of a well-regarded environmental services organization in south Louisiana. Davian developed and executed the companies' strategic and operational growth plans and advanced both companies successful brand and marketing initiatives during his executive tenure. He played a large role in growing his Louisiana environmental firm from a $7 million company in 2000, to over $85 million in 2007, and in excess of $60 million in 2008. Beginning in March 2009, Davian joined a group of investors as the CEO-in-Residence with the goal of searching for an environmental services company to serve as a platform organization that would allow for future growth in the environmental arena. In June of 2010, that same investment initiative acquired First Response, Inc., where Davian built an organization that doubled in size in nearly two and a half years. He has since sold his interest and is now leading APC/Horizon Environmental, in Houston, in all day-to-day operations. He holds a BA degree in Psychology and an MBA from Southeastern Louisiana University. In 2012, He completed a prestigious three-year course for the Executive Education Owner/President Management Program (OPM) at Harvard Business School. Davian resides in Hendersonville, TN with his wife and two children.

Operations

Robert L. Parham

Branch Manager, Houston, Texas operations
Rob developed his skill set during the past fifteen years of working in environmental service businesses as well as participating in private oil and fueling terminals along the Houston ship channel, with companies such as Rohm and Haas, as well as Vopak Terminals. He began his career with APC/Horizon Environmental as an Operations Supervisor during the BP Horizon Spill where he oversaw crews and managed water operations from Dauphin Island, AL to Panama City, FL. He also plays a dual role within the organization serving as our Corporate Health and Safety Officer where he has achieved his Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO) Certification due to his extensive background in safety compliance and training. He is currently responsible for profitably building his branch unit of Houston, while continuing his senior mentors’ role to all operational personnel within the business. Rob resides in Deer Park, TX with his wife and four children.

Sales Team

Courtney Guy

Director, Sales & Marketing
Courtney holds a BA degree in Political Science, with a Minor in Business from Texas A&M University. She joined APC/Horizon Environmental in January of 2013, empowering best-in-class environmental capabilities and services across the corporation’s diverse business. Prior to joining APC/Horizon Environmental, Courtney contributed greatly to a startup company in Houston, earning the highest sales numbers for three-fourths of her entire employment, month to month, company-wide. During that same time frame, she also managed to earn her Texas Real Estate License. Courtney has a proven track record for building deep sales competency and relationships, and has a solid reputation for increasing sales and profitability across the board.

Chris Hampton

Account Executive
Chris is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelors Degree of Business Administration, and a sales background in Document and Technology Solutions. In his time working with other Horizon employees, Chris has exhibited a great sense of humor and a desire to learn everything he can about the environmental industry.  With his background in solution selling, Chris works diligently with his customers to ensure their needs are met and they remain happy with our services.  He is native of Houston, Texas, is an avid fan of the Houston Rockets and enjoys playing basketball in his free time.

Stephanie Albrecht

Account Executive
Stephanie is a graduate of Texas State University. Born and raised in Victoria, Texas, Stephanie has worked the past six years in the oil and gas service industry. Having learned the trucking and transportation side of the business, Stephanie brings her knowlege and skills to the environmental services industry. With an appreciation for a service driven industry, Stephanie is dedicated to working hard to maintain customer satisfaction.  Outside of work she loves being a mom and a wife and spending time with family and friends.
